Restyle the GoHighLevel pipeline in four steps

    Open the Opportunities tab

    In the theme editor, switch on the board restyle and click through the templates with the preview beside you.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a board design

    Pick from 12 designs, light or dark, from Clean Light to Obsidian Gold.

  3. Step 3

    Set the stage colours

    Keep the template’s colours, build them from your brand colour or set each one yourself. They are handed out by column position.

  4. Step 4

    Save

    Every sub-account board picks up the design on its next page load. No pipeline, stage or deal changes.

Can you change how the GoHighLevel pipeline looks?
Yes. The customizer restyles the opportunities board: stage headers, column backgrounds, deal cards, values and toolbar, with 12 ready-made designs. It is presentation only; your pipelines, stages and deals stay as they are.
Will it work with my own tour booking stages?
Yes. Stage colours are given out by column position, not by name: first column, first colour, and so on. Inquiry → Deposit → Confirmed → Departed gets colours as readily as any other set of stages.
Can my team still drag deals between stages?
Yes. Cards stay put on hover and GoHighLevel’s own drag and drop is untouched, so moving a booking from Deposit to Confirmed works exactly as before.
Is there a dark pipeline board?
Yes. 2 of the 12 designs are dark, with light text on dark columns and cards.
Is the list view styled too?
It can be. The table behind GoHighLevel’s list toggle can follow the same design as the board.
Can the board match my dashboard design?
Yes. Several designs exist for both, such as Midnight Neon, Obsidian Gold, Ocean Pro and Brand Match, and both can build their colours from your brand colour.
Which package includes pipeline board designs?
The pipeline board designer starts in Explorer ($417 one-time) and is also in the higher package.
Does it slow down large pipelines?
No. The styling is CSS applied in the browser; GoHighLevel loads deals the same way it always does.
